The singer was honoured with a particular ‘This Is It’ birthday party.

The Daily Express again saying "The passing of our favourite son, Michael Jackson, is so much fresh in our hearts. A year later, on the day before his birthday, we honour his memory as a good and giving person and as the world's greatest entertainer".

Fluid samples to Michael Jackson's bodily to be requested by lawyers, which were taken at the time of his death, will be requested by the lawyers of Dr. Conrad Murray. The lawyers reportedly will ask for the samples of Michael Jackson's fluids to be tested again.

Somehow the lawyers think that the new tests can help improve Dr. Conrad Murray's defense in his involuntary manslaughter case. The fluid samples taken from Michael Jackson at the time of his death have been preserved in tact by the Coroner and will be available instantly upon request. The judge in the case will also set a preliminary hearing date today.

But soon, they'll be able to look what it was like to be in MJ's shoes. Ubisoft, the release of a Michael Jackson video game which previously announced, has unveiled some of the details about 'Michael Jackson: The Experience,' slated for release this November. The game available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii and Nintendo DS features unique motion technology that projects an image of gamers onto the screen as they attempt to mimic Jackson's signature dance moves. 'Your goal is to dance like Michael,' says Ubisoft's Tony Key. 'Do what the guy on the screen is doing and you're there. It'll score you based on the quality of your performance.

'Players will also be able to test their mic skills on the Xbox, PS3 and Wii editions, where they can sing karaoke to some of MJ's greatest hits. The Nintendo DS and PSP versions will be akin to music video game Elite Beat Agents, where users tap out rhythms on their screens to keep the beat of the tune, and will include a series of mini games and quizzes. In addition to 'Michael Jackson: The Experience,' fans can also look forward to the release of two new albums of unreleased material, one featuring music from recording sessions in the '80s and another including songs created with producer Rodney Jerkins. Black Eyed Peas front man Will.i.am recently spoke out against the former release, stating that it's disrespectful to put out music that Jackson never intended for public consumption.

From TV show Glee cast members have said they want the series to have an episode featuring songs by King Of Pop Michael Jackson.
The hit comedy of a full episode to Madonna with a Britney Spears show in the works.
Matthew Morrison who plays heartthrob teacher Mr Schue told our US team he liked the idea.
“That would be pretty cool,” he said. “He is likely the best and most iconic performer in the history of music.”
Jenna Ushkowitz, Tina on the show said it would be “absolutely amazing” to record Jacko’s songs but added it would be a “scary, scary episode to do.”
Michael Jackson’s music is tightly controlled by his estate, but allowing Glee to use his songs could also prove lucrative.
Earlier this year Coldplay changed their minds to let Glee use their tracks on screen.

Michael Jackson: Estate Lawyers To Tackle Online Casino

MICHAEL JACKSON's estate lawyers representing are taking legal action against the bosses of an online casino which has allegedly been using the King of Pop's likeness without permission.
The Michael Jackson Casino website, which boasts gambling games including poker and baccarat, features a picture of the late superstar on its home page and mentions the singer in the opening tag line.
The introduction reads, "The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas style online casino betting experience on the Net!"
But Howard Weitzman, an attorney for Jackson's estate, is adamant the website has not been given official approval to use Jackson's image.
He tells TMZ.com that he will "take whatever legal actions are necessary to shut this operation down."

Not very many people got full insight into the business mind of Michael Jackson as well as experience his personal side. “Michael was quiet with people he didn't know,” Jerkins said. “But Michael and I used to kick it in Miami and we kicked it in New York all the time...I knew a little about publishing when I came into the game at 16, but when I started working with Michael I was 20 and he taught me about buying publishing and acquiring a catalog at a young age."

Scherer, who owns a videotape distribution company, says Jackson had a "really good collection" which included, "Nazis Of Pure Blood," "Oasis of the Zombies" and "Hitler's Children."Scherer also claims Jackson enjoyed Judy Garland's TV specials and dramas depicting troubled boys in dysfunctional families.

Michael Jackson’s Kids Keen On Films

Michael Jackson’s children are obsessed with movie making. The legendary singer died in June last year aged 50. His official cause of death was acute Propofol intoxication by intravenous injection of another, and his personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray has been charged with his manslaughter.
Michael is survived by three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight year old Prince Michael II, known as ‘Blanket’. The kids are now looked after by the star’s mother Katherine Jackson, and his brother Jermaine says they are thriving.
“My mother raised nine kids, so she definitely knows how to raise them,” he explained. “They love the film business, and they love being behind the scenes. Blanket loves to dance and sing. Prince and Paris love movies. They can tell you about directors and producers and all that stuff.”
Jermaine explained the whole family are pulling together to care for the children, and help them cope with their grief. Regular dinners are set up so the kids see all their aunts and uncles, and they also get taken on lots of holidays. The trio spent the first anniversary of Michael’s death, on June 25, in Hawaii.
Prince, Paris and Blanket love being with their cousins, and relax by playing video games and going to look animated films.
Jermaine was speaking at a dinner celebrating the fifth annual Children Uniting Nations conference in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, and his brother Randy was also there. Randy echoed Jermaine’s sentiment that Katherine is looking after the kids well.
“I feel Michael everywhere,” he told People magazine. “I know Michael's spirit is so much alive. He's guiding me ... us to just keep things going and keep things the way they're supposed to be.”

Michael Jackson: Michael Jackson's Home To Become Open To Public

If you're a Michael Jackson fan you might be in luck his former home aka Neverland Ranch might become a state park which means you may be able to visit his home. According to reports, plans have been made to make the land, which is co owned by the Jackson family and a private equity firm Colony Capital, available to the public. Residents have previously protested against making the site a tourist attraction, but if all the plans go ahead fans will be able to visit the King of Pop's former residence. California assemblyman, Mike Davis, told Associated Press: "Given that we have an economic shortfall... I suspect it would be difficult for the State Parks Department to purchase the property alone... I am committed to finding out all details possible to make this a good proposal". Although it was his home, Jacko did move out of the house in 2005 after it was raided for evidence after his 2003 arrest for child molestation charges.

Michael Jackson: Neverland To Become A State Park

Michael Jackson’s former famed residence Neverland may become California’s newest state park.
A resolution is in the works that has state park officials examining whether the 2,600 plus acre estate could in fact be converted in to an attraction, that could result in profitable revenue for the cash strapped state.
The plan to convert the property is being rallied by California Assemblyman Mike Davis and the state’s NAACP. Davis firmly believes that the Santa Barbara County estate would draw millions of visitors from around the globe. California’s NAACP President Alice Huffman, who is also on the board of the state’s parks commission, says, “I think Michael’s history is world history, and I think it would become the No. 1 attraction for the state parks if we could pull it off.”
Huffman also thinks that in addition to celebrating Jackson’s musical and cultural contributions, Neverland could join the ranks of state parks, which would honor African Americans like Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park in Earlimart, Calif.

Michael Jackson: Wanted His Monkey to Talk!

MICHAEL Jackson wanted his pet chimp Bubbles to talk — according to the tragic singer’s sister, LaToya.
LaToya claims the Thriller hitmaker — who died last year after suffering a heart attack following an accident drugs overdose — spent a fortune trying to get leading throat specialists to implant vocal chords into his furry friend.
“Michael always wanted to know how to make Bubbles speak and talk,” she told Britain’s News of The World.
“They definitely communicated. One morning Michael called me said ‘You got to see this — he mimics everything I do’. So Michael starts brushing his teeth and Bubbles looks up and gets a tooth brush and starts brushing his teeth too.
“Then he wanted to give him vocal chords and asked doctors ‘Can I give him an operation so that I can know what his thoughts are’.”
Michael had to let Bubbles move out of the family home in Encino, California, when he got too big in 1988.
“The trainers who came to the house felt the situation wasn’t normal and he shouldn’t be there,” said La Toya.
“Bubbles became extremely strong. When he was younger he would slap you and it would not hurt. But now they could knock you out. Sometimes he would swing on a chandelier and fly onto a table, and Michael would scream ‘no, no’.”

Michael Jackson games released in November

Michael Jackson games Ubisoft has detailed its line. Titled Michael Jackson: The Experience, the console releases will feature dancing and singing elements for a variety of tracks from the singer's back catalogue. It will utilise motion controllers, with support for Xbox 360's Kinect, PS3's Move controller and the Nintendo Wii.Kinect will offer full body motion tracking and will project players on screen using the 'Player Projection' technology offered in Your Shape: Fitness Evolved. Both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will feature karaoke modes to sing along to tracks, along with an auto pitch correction for incorrect notes. The systems will allow four users to play at the same time, while the Wii version will support eight players through passing the controller. Confirmed tracks include 'Beat It' and 'Billie Jean', with Jackson himself featuring as a dance coach. Also announced were DS and PSP editions with rhythm based gameplay and unlockable trivia and mini games. All versions will be released in November.

Katherine Jackson is reportedly working with Howard Mann - the co-author of her coffee table book 'Never Can Say Goodbye' - on a movie which will focus on the pop superstar's life from childhood to his untimely death on June 25 2009.
According to gossip website TMZ, Katherine is making hundreds of hours of home videos available to Howard, including footage of when the Jackson family moved from Gary, Indiana, to Los Angeles after The Jackson 5 signed with Motown records.
It is also believed Howard has paid an eight figure sum to the 'Black or White' singer's former business partner Marc Schaffel for 26 hours of video picture of Michael.
The plans are for Howard and Katherine - who is the legal guardian of Michael's three children, Prince Michael I, Paris and Prince Michael II, also known as 'Blanket' - to release a series of films about Michael.
Since his passing, the documentary 'This Is It' showing Michael rehearsing for his never-to-take-place 50-date London concert residency has been released.

AEG to Pay L.A. for Public Memorial Expenses, Michael Jackson Estate

Michael Jackson's memorial was a little off the wall, but it was by no means free.
AEG and the King of Pop's estate have reached an agreement with Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to donate $1 million to the city's general fund and an additional $300,000 in cash and much needed crime fighting equipment to the Los Angeles Police Foundation.
The contribution fulfills the Jackson clan and promoter's promise to help cover the costs incurred by the July 7, 2009, public memorial service held at the Staples Center after Jackson's untimely death last June.
The deal reimburses authorities for $1.3 million the LAPD and the city's Sanitation and Transportation Department spent in permits, street closures, crowd control and cleaning up after the thousands of rabid fans who came from all over the globe to pay their last respects to the entertainer.
