Court action dropped by Jackson's Father

The former doctor convicted of causing the Jackon death has now been evicted Jackson's father court action.

The case dismissal was granted on Monday by Jackson's father. The filings do not elaborate on a reason, but two lawyers handling the case were recently ruled ineligible to practise law in California.

"It's good finally that this case is dismissed and gone," Murray's lawyer Charles Peckham said. "It's pretty clear that Joe Jackson intelligently and smartly dismissed this case so he, his wife and children can focus on Michael Jackson's life instead of the circumstances of his death."

He said Murray, who is jailed and appealing against his involuntary manslaughter conviction, remained pained by Jackson's death in June 2009 and felt sorry for his family. "His heart goes out to them," Mr Peckham said.

Jackson siblings to keep on fight on will!!!

Jackson three siblings have taken up the stand against the will and  wishes to fight over it,, but denied their efforts were motivated by money.

JANET, RANDY and REBBIE are the three siblings who gave their statement that they only wanted to replace the executors of their brother's multimillion-dollar estate, who they accuse of mismanagement.

Jackson, who passed in June 2009, appointed his mother guardian of his three children, and made the children beneficiaries of his estate.

"It is important to stress that Janet, Randy and Rebbie have questioned the validity of the will with no financial motive whatsoever - they stand to gain nothing financially by a finding that the will is invalid," the statement said.

"What will be gained ... is that the executors will be replaced and the estate and the guardianship will be managed in a manner that is in the best interests of the children," it added.

New guardian appointed by Jackson's Children!!!

The decision by court is not intentionally accepted by Michael Jackson's grandmother as she looks upset over the court.

On Wednesday judge appointed the son of Tito Jackson to serve as temporary guardian, said Katherine Jackson.

Katherine Jackson told ABC News that the court ruling was "based on a bunch of lies."

"I am devastated that while I've been away, that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see about that, also," she said reading from a prepared statement.
She denied the suggestion made in court and in court filings to support TJ Jackson's appointment that she was being held against her will.

"I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will," she said while her children Randy, Janet and Rebbie were seated next to her. "It's very stupid for people to think that."
